At Cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Access your online account to generate and print a prepaid shipping label, or request one directly from your Stylist to ensure trackable delivery.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside to expedite your refund processing.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be issued once the items are received and inspected.
